Disney Vacation Club is bringing back the Disney Traveler Aulani webcast starring Samantha Brown for an encore presentation.

Disney Vacation Club's latest webcast is a fine production starring travel guru Samantha Brown.  The bulk of the presentation consists of a roughly 20 minute video examining nearly all aspects of the Aulani resort in Hawai'i.  Plus, those participating in the webcast will gain access to special pricing which lowers purchase prices by an additional $2-5 per point.

In the coming days, Disney Vacation Club is hosting a series of webcasts featuring Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa.  The on-line productions are hosted by travel guru Samanatha Brown, and promise purchase offers only available during the webcast.  Click inside for additional details and a preview video.

After having a very good sales month in March, it is not surprising that direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points slipped in April 2011. A total of 238,268 points were sold directly by Disney Vacation Development (DVD), a drop of about 9.3% compared to the previous month.  Despite the slight drop sales, April 2011 was the second best month for sales since at least July 2010.

Disney Vacation Club has unveiled a new slate of "experiences" being offered as sales incentives.  Note that these offers are in lieu of the cash discounts normally included with a DVC points purchase.  See the fine print for minimum purchase requirements, booking dates and other details.
