Today--December 5--is the last day to purchase points at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas before the price goes up.
If you had hoped to add some points to your portfolio--and are too impatient to wait-out the resale market--make sure you contact your sales Guide today. Disney Vacation Club previously announced that the base price for Aulani will increase from $120 per point to $135 per point effective December 6, 2011.
Incentives will reportedly take today's price down as low as $100 per point depending upon the number of points purchased. Giving a verbal commitment and 10% downpayment is all that's required to lock-in that pricing.
Incentives will certainly reduce the $135 price, but there is no way to anticipate what sort of reductions may accompany an increase in the base rate of more than 12%.
