Common room request notes for Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa:



Standard View

  • Odd numbered rooms 1x03 to 1x13 and 1x25 to 1x29 may have obstructed view of Magic Kingdom fireworks
  • Odd numbered rooms 1x15 to 1x21 and even numbered rooms 1x20 to 1x28 face the monorail
  • Even numbered Resort Studios 9x02 to 9x40 overlook the quiet pool and may have some obstructed view of fireworks
  • First floor rooms have a patio, while most upper floor rooms have an enclosed balcony

Lake / Lagoon View

  • Even numbered rooms 1x02 to 1x18 generally face the Polynesian resort and Seven Seas Lagoon
  • Even numbered rooms 1x14 to 1x18 may have obstructed view of Magic Kingdom fireworks
  • Odd numbered Resort Studios 9x01 to 9x39 face to the south toward the Polynesian
  • First floor rooms have a patio, while most upper floor rooms have an enclosed balcony

Theme Park View

  • Resort Studios 9x41 to 9x47 face toward the Magic Kingdom
  • Some Resort Studios have view partially obstructed by foliage
  • All Grand Villas also have a direct view of the Magic Kingdom
