Disney Vacation Club had its best February for direct sales in 5 years, but could not quite match the numbers from January 2025. 

January 2025 was a better than average month for direct Disney Vacation Club sales for the Walt Disney World resorts, but we have some bad news regarding sales data for the California resorts. 

In addition to the per-point savings announced on Tuesday, February 11, Chase Disney Visa cardholders can save an additional $1000 of a new purchase or add-on of 150 or more Disney Vacation Club points. 

The Villas at Disneyland Hotel

The cost to buy points in The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort direct from DVC rose by more than 15% while several other legacy resorts are now subject to more modest increases. 

Higher base prices combined with modest incentives means buyers will be paying more when buying points direct from Disney Vacation Club. A pair of older resorts provide a budget alternative, albeit with fewer years of ownership.
