Members can now view their total liability for the 2025 calendar year, while Disney Vacation Club also clarified the terms for using gift cards to pay for annual dues. 

Effective February 11, 2025, the base price for many Disney Vacation Club resorts will increase by $6-10 per point. 

Small purchases at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows gained some modest discounts and The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness continue to improve. Other resorts are a mixed bag, plus some limited time offers on Copper Creek Villas & Cabins.

Increases continue to trend around 4-6% annually, though one Walt Disney World property saw rates rise just 2.33% year-to-year and the addition of Island Tower has prompted a decrease in dues for owners of Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
