2009 Annual Dues Statements have begun their annual trek to members' mailboxes. 

Data has already been reported for a number of resorts.  We will update our Annual Dues chart (link) with figures for each Disney Vacation Club resort as they are reported. The budgets will be formally approved at the Condo Association Meetings on December 9, and invoices will be mailed to members shortly thereafter.

On a related note, we would like to get ahold of the full budget / dues statement for each of the DVC resorts.   If you have the ability to scan + email or fax a copy of your statement, please contact me at This email address is being protected from spambots. Disney Vacation Club is contacting non-members who have expressed an interest in DVC with an attractive new promotion--a $1000 gift card plus a "free vacation" with their first DVC purchase.

Disney Vacation Club has sent a mailer to current members informing them of a pending price increase on points at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas.  According to the mailer, on January 15, 2009 the base price will increase from $104 per point to $112 per point.  The new price point will mirror DVC's current sale price for the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. 

At this time there is no firm word on when prices may increase for new members.  In the past, DVC has provided existing members advance notice of price increases as well as a window of time to buy at the lower rate (while new members are being charged the increased price.)

Disney Vacation Club has made recent adjustments to incentive pricing on ownership at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas.  The current price is reported to be $104 per point less a promotional discount of $6.25 per point.
