Several policy changes are being implemented at Walt Disney World and Disneyland which stand to reduce costs or improve experiences for theme park guests. 

The state is preparing to move forward with its takover of Walt Disney World's Reedy Creek Improvement District and they have already received support from one impacted group. 

Disney Vacation Club members will be among the first to experience the Magic Kingdom's newest attraction.
