Disney's Lakeshore Lodge will make its debut on July 1, 2027. Cash reservations open on October 6, 2026 exclusively for Disney Vacation Club owners. Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can begin booking on October 7 and the general public follows on October 8. These dates apply to cash bookings only; details for making reservations with DVC points will be released at a later date. While Disney's Lakeshore Lodge is believed to consist entirely of DVC villas, blocks of rooms are moved into the DVC booking inventory gradually as points are sold. With nearly 900 rooms, there will be significant availability for cash guests for many years to come.

Disney revealed the room mix for the resort, which includes two-person Duo Studio rooms, Resort Studio and Deluxe Studio rooms and  One-, Two- and Three-Bedroom Villas. The resort also features several A-frame Lake Houses lining the shores of Bay Lake and the Hidden Willow Presidential Suite. Theming in the guest rooms incudes artwork and decor inspired by the Disney films 'Brother Bear', 'Bambi', 'Encanto', 'Fantasia' and 'Pocohontas.'

Lakeshore Lodge will also feature The Artist's Nest concierge lounge. The lounge is available to club level guests, and features daily snacks and beverages, the dedicated lounge space, and access to staff members to assist with planning needs both before and during visits to the resort.

Assuming that club level accommodations are bookable using Disney Vacation Club points, this would be the first property offering a concerige option since Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas debuted nearly 20 years ago.

Disney's Lakeshore Lodge was originally announced in 2018 a Reflections - a Disney Lakeside Lodge. It was to be a combination hotel and DVC property. Plans were derailed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The hotel rooms have seemingly been absorbed in to the DVC component, which likely explains the presence of hotel-like Resort Studios.

Disney Vacation Club point point charts and purchase costs will be released at a future date.
