Disney Vacation Club owners have an opportunity to attend a 3-day "First Wave" preview event prior to the opening of Disney's Lakeshore Lodge.
From June 24 - 27, 2027, DVC owners are invited to preview the newest property in a new Member "First Wave" Experience at Lakeshore Lodge. The event features a 3-night stay in one of the resort's villas before it opens to the general public. It also includes the following additional perks:
- Two 3-day Park Hopper passes for Walt Disney World
- One dinner at Moonglade, the Resort hotel’s new table-service restaurant
- One breakfast at Pioneer Hall
- One dinner at Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue
- A $200 Disney Dining Promo Card, per person, ages 3 and older
Reservations must be booked using Disney Vacation Club points. Rates start at 184 points for three nights' accommodations for two adults plus all of the perks listed above. Disney also promises a series of commemorative keepsakes, as well as presentations and insights on the making of the resort.
Options include the full range of resort accommodations including 2-person Duo Studio, Resort Studio, Deluxe Studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom villas and the waterfront Lake Houses.
Additional guests can be booked for the cost of 68 vacation points or $1,349 per adult or 50 vacation points, $999 per child. Each additional guest will receive the park tickets, meals and other benefits noted above. See the official points chart for complete details. Maximum guest occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded.
Booking opens at 10:00am on Saturday, November 7, 2026.
Points used to book the experience are converted to Reservations Points. Owners and the corresponding points must qualify for Membership Extras in order to participate. The $95 Disney Collection exchange fee is waived for the initial booking, but will apply if any changes are made.
Disney's Lakeshore Lodge officially opens on July 1, 2027. Cash reservations open to DVC members beginning October 6, 2026.
