Early reports are beginning to surface regarding pricing and sales terms for the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Resort.  We are double and triple checking information with sources before printing anything, so some details are being withheld at this time.

In 2008 Disney announced its intention to build 50 Disney Vacation Club units at Disneyland's Grand Californian Resort.  But when will sales begin? 

Site contributor David Welty received a letter confirming that sales will begin on January 25, 2009.

Update:  After initially receiving word that the model rooms for the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Resort were set to permanently close at the end of September, new information has come to light which indicates this is not the case. 

In anticipation of the Disney Vacation Club's arrival at the Grand Californian Resort, it appears Disneyland has finally adopted a perk familiar to members.  Let's examine that perk, and take a look at construction progress on the first California DVC.
