The Orange County Register published story on the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel to coincide with the start of point sales for this tenth Disney Vacation Club property.
The OC Register piece provides a brief overview of the Disney Vacation Club concept and some details on the Grand Californian resort itself. It also quotes west coast Sales Manager Mike Brunson as stating that DVC sales remain strong during our otherwise tough economic times.
“We’re actually finding we’re doing very, very well,” he said. “In economic times like these, people still vacation. We’re actually growing year over year.”
Points at the Grand Californian are available for purchase now. With only fifty DVC villas, this location is by far the smallest Vacation Club property constructed since Disney entered the timeshare market in 1991.
