In November 2017, 181,440 Disney Vacation Club points were sold for the 10 DVC resorts at Walt Disney World, a total which is nearly identical to sales for the same resorts in October 2017.

Those looking to own points at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge now have another avenue available for their purchase.  However, not all contracts offer the dramatic savings that some associate with a Disney Vacation Club resale.

In October 2017, Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows continued to lead all Disney Vacation Club resorts in sales, but Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is quickly closing the gap between the two resorts.

On November 1, the Orange County Tax Collector issued the final property tax bills for 2017 for the ten Disney Vacation Club resorts located at Walt Disney World.
