The Walt Disney Company recently filed another wave of lawsuits over rising tax valuation of its properties in Orange County Florida.

Sales for Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge started in March 2017 but Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows continues to outsell the newest Disney Vacation Club resort by better than four to one.

While the destination is popular with owners, points sales at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas look bleaker with every passing month.

New incentives are available to those purchasing points direct from Disney Vacation Club.  Highlights include a deal which gives buyers additional points for the life of the contract at all three properties currently being marketed.

In April 2017, 243,754 Disney Vacation Club points were sold for the DVC resorts located at Walt Disney World. This represents the best month for direct sales in almost four years.
