Orange County, Florida has issued its 2017 proposed property tax notices and they appear to represent good news for most members, particularly owners of Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows added the last of its accommodations to the Disney Vacation Club timeshare program, further signaling that the resort will soon sell the last of its available points.
In July 2017, the Disney Vacation Club resorts at Walt Disney World sold 177,759 points. Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows continues to outsell Copper Creek Villas & Cabins by better than two-to-one.

For the third month in a row, direct sales for the Disney Vacation Club resorts at Walt Disney World topped the 200,000 point mark. Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins accounted for 87.2% of the sales, but the Polynesian outsold Copper Creek by better than 3-to-1 in June.
