Costs for the five Disney Vacation Club resorts currently in active sales are set to rise by $3-8 per point after the new year.

With sales steadily climbing since June, October’s sales could have tied a record of five consecutive months of increasing point sales.  Unfortunately, direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points took a step back in October 2025.

Disney Vacation Club has published its annual dues for the 2026 calendar year with most resorts seeing increases of 6-7% over the current year.  On the heels of its refurbishment, owners at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort are hit wil an increase of more than 9% over 2025 rates. 

Disney recorded its fourth consecutive month of increasing sales for the Disney Vacation Club.  It is only the fourth time in the last 15 years that sales have sustained a streak of steadily improving monthly sales of four months or longer.
