Early Winter Disney Vacation Club Offers Include $1500 Bonus at Two Properties

The new round of Disney Vacation Club direct purchase incentives is not radically different than the last. Most resorts saw just a $1-2 change in price at each point level, yielding generally the same rates as the previous Fall offers. 

A current member adding 150 points at Disney's Riviera Resort was due to save $20 per point. Now the incentive has risen to $22 each. The first-time buyer promo for 200 points is unchanged at $22 each.   

At face value, the rates below for The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are moderately worse than last time around. However, point purchases at The Cabins will also receive an additional $1500 cash discount. This applies to any purchase or add-on of 100 or more points. A new buyer purchasing 200 points would pay $211 per point or $42,200. But the $1500 incentive takes that down to $40,700, or effetively $203 per point.

A current owner adding 200 points would pay $41,400, less the $1500 for a net of $39,900. This equates to about $199.50 per point. 

Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows continues to be priced as the premier destination, though some of the numbers did tick upward slightly. Add-ons of 100 or 125 points will save $6 each, an increase of $1 per point. At the 150-point threshold, incentives remain unchanged from the prior cycle. First time buyers also see minor improvements of a dollar or two at certain levels and no change at others. 

All told, points at the Polynesian will cost significantly more than either Riviera or the Ft Wilderness cabins. A first time buyer pays $226 per point for 200 Polynesian points, or $45,200 plus closing costs and fees. 

Aulani incentives ticked upward a bit compared to the last cycle. However, like Rivera and the Cabins, the best discounts kick in at a lower purchase level. First time buyers save $28 per point off a 200-point purchase while current owners benefit from the same savings on 150 or more.  

The second resort to add the $1500 bonus incentive is The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. On a per-point basis, the incentives are a little worse than last time particularly at the smaller purchase levels. However any new purchase of 150 or more points, or an add-on of 100 or more points will receive a flat discount of $1500.  

The base price for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel is higher at $245 each. 200 vacation points currently goes for $222 each for a new member and $217 for a current owner adding-on. The new buyer would pay $44,400 with the per-point discount, but the $1500 incentive takes it down to $42,900. For the current owner adding 200 points, it's $43,400 discounted, less the $1500 for a net of $41,900. 

Finally, current owners looking to add points at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge can save a bit off Disney's normal prices. With a base price of $255, incentives range from $18 per point for an add-on of 100-124 points, up to $26 off of 150 or more. This offer is available only to current owners adding points, not to first-time buyers. 

Above offers for all resorts are set to expire on February 9, 2026.  

Disney Vacation Club's Magical Beginnings program may apply to certain resort purchases. Magical Beginnings allows buyers to effectively sell back their first year's set of points in return for an additional credit of $20 per point.
