HonoluluMagazine.com is reporting that Disney has hired Patrick Callarec as executive chef at the Aulani resort and timeshare in Oahu. The story provides some background information on Callarec and the dining experiences planned for Aulani. However, readers may want to ignore the author's editorial comments regarding Disney food--sounds like his experiences did not go far beyond burgers and fries at Tomorrowland Terrace.
