DVC Black Friday sale

From Friday November 26 through Sunday November 28, 2010 the Doorway to Dreams sales centers will be giving an additional 10% off any new or add-on DVC point purchases.  This discount is in addition to the current incentives which offer discounts of $12-18 per point.

This offer reportedly applies to purchases at Aulani, the Bay Lake Tower, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa.  Base price for each property is currently $120 per point.

The final cost is calculated similar to the following:

$120 base price less $18 incentive = $102 per point.  $102 per point less 10% = $91.80 final cost per point.
$120 base price less $12 incentive = $108 per point.  $108 per point less 10% = $97.20 final cost per point.

The $18 / $12 incentive varies depending upon the number of points purchased.  Closing costs and other fees may apply.

These discounts are being offered exclusively at the Doorway to Dreams sales centers in Chicago and New York.  Buyers must visit in person Friday, Saturday or Sunday to lock in these prices.  No exceptions or time extensions are permitted. Appointments are being accepted.

Also a reminder that the base price for points at the Bay Lake Tower is scheduled to increase to $130 per point on December 1st.  Buyers who take advantage of this deal may find themselves saving $20 or more per point compared to pricing on December 1 and after.
