As 2010 quickly draws to a close, Disney Vacation Club has begun sending resort budgets and estimated annual dues charges for 2011.
2010 dues are now available for all 11 DVC resorts.
The reported amouns are as follows:
Animal Kingdom Villas: $5.0143 (+1.3% over 2010)
Aulani: $4.3071
Bay Lake Tower: $3.8943 (+3.1%)
Beach Club Villas: $5.2751 (+2.4%)
BoardWalk Villas: $5.4552 (+1.8%)
Grand Californian: $4.0701 (+3.3%)
Hilton Head Island: $5.6758 (+1.9%)
Old Key West: $4.9825 (+2.2%)
Saratoga Springs: $4.5123 (+1.1%)
Vero Beach: $6.7760 (+2.5%)
Wilderness Lodge: $5.3430 (+2.7%)

Note that the budgets are listed as preliminary and will not be ratified until the Condo Association Meeting scheduled for December 9, 2010.
