Disney Vacation Club has begun its latest round of promotional webcasts. Additional incentives are being offered to those interested in adding a few points.
The cash discounts of $12 off on purchases of 100-249 points and $18 off add-ons of 250 or more remain unchanged. However, webcast particpants are also eligible to receive a holiday gift basket valued at $100 plus a Disney Gift Card for add-on purchases of 100 or more points.
The amount of the gift card varies depending upon the number of points purchased:
100-149 points = $350 Disney Gift Card
150 - 249 points = $500 Disney Gift Card
250+ points = $750 Disney Gift Card
Again, these gift cards and baskets are in addition to the cash discounts which reduce the price to $108 per point for 100-249 and $102 per point for add-ons of 250 or more.
The gift baskets and Disney Gift Cards are available for all 4 resorts currently in active sales: Animal Kingdom Villas, Aulani, Bay Lake Tower and Saratoga Springs.
Also a reminder that the base price for points at the Bay Lake Tower is scheduled to increase by $10 (from $120 per point to $130 per point) on December 1, 2010.
