Disney Vacation Club is again utilizing a limited-time incentive to motivate buyers, a discount which currently nets lower rates than most buyers paid in April and May.

June 1 is the last day to purchase Disney Vacation Club points under the current incentives, with new deals set to be revealed tomorrow for Disney's Riviera Resort, Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and others.
Disney Vacation Club reopened sales for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa on March 3rd. Resale transactions recorded in April reflected a downturn in pricing as DVC's direct rates seemingly impacted the secondary market.
Later this month, Disney plans to open a new retail location on the I-4 / International Drive corridor which will feature a remote Disney Vacation Club sales center.
For only the second time in the 12 years DVCNews has tracked direct sales, more than 300,000 Disney Vacation Club points were sold in a single month. Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa continued to dominate, however Disney's Riviera Resort tallied its highest monthly sales numbers in more than two years.
