Recorded buybacks eclipsed private sales, potentially driven by Disney Vacation Club's recent direct buyback program at Disney's Old Key West and other resorts.

For the second consecutive month, sales of Disney Vacation Club points for the 11 resorts at Walt Disney World failed to reach the 100,000-point mark.

Each Disney Vacation Club resort sees an increase in its annual dues for 2022, but many of the increases are very modest. This is particularly true for owners of the two locations at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Disney's Riviera Resort and Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort.
