Disney Vacation Development has changed the language on the Notice it issues when it waives its right of first refusal. Part of the change reflects the loss of certain exchange privileges beginning March 20, 2011 for points bought on the resale market.
Disney Vacation Club has notified members that the current slate of purchase incentives will end on July 2, 2011. Meanwhile, rumors persist that all incentives for purchases at the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort may be eliminated at that time.

The bulk of the presentation consists of a roughly 20 minute video examining nearly all aspects of the Aulani resort in Hawai'i. Plus, those participating in the webcast will gain access to special pricing which lowers purchase prices by an additional $2-5 per point.
