Disney Vacation Club's two actively-selling resorts will see their base price increase by $6 each early in the new year.
On February 3, 2022, the price for Disney's Riviera Resort and Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas will rise to $207 each. This represents an increase of $6 per point from the current $201 each.
The $201 rate is discounted by promotional incentives offered for both destinations. Current incentives reduce the price for a 200-point Riviera purchase by $8 each for new buyers and $13 for current owners. Larger discounts are available for 200 points at Aulani with new members saving $22 each on their first purchase and existing members $30 each for an add-on. These price increases come as Disney Vacation Club prepares to relaunch sales of the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. 200 addtional Resort Studio rooms are scheduled to be added in the summer of 2022. Points charts were recently revealed for both 2022 and 2023. Sales are expectected to begin sometime in the first quarter of 2022. No details have been released regarding pricing or promotions for additional Grand Floridian points.
