Disney Vacation Club incentives generally improve, while new discounts are introduced for Disney's BoardWalk Villas and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins.
Disney's BoardWalk Villas
Disney Vacation Club's latest direct purchase discounts return to the pattern of offering additional savings for several weeks, followed by a net price bump as those early incentives drop off. In the early stages, rates are generally equal or better than prices offered throughout the fall, while rising after the short term discount expires on December 15, 2021.
Current discounts for Riviera are as follows:
New Member Discounts - Riviera
150-174 points: $6 off per point (then $4 after 12/15)
175-199 points: $7 off (then $5)
200-249 points: $13 off (then $8)
250-299 points: $16 off (then $11)
300-499 points: $23 off (then $16)
500-999 points: $24 off (then $17)
1000+ points: $25 off (then $18)
Existing Member Add-On Discounts - Riviera
100-124 points: $9 off per point (then $4 after 12/15)
125-149 points: $10 off (then $5)
150-174 points: $11 off (then $6)
175-199 points: $13 off (then $9)
200-249 points: $21 off (then $13)
250-299 points: $26 off (then $17)
300-499 points: $34 off (then $23)
500-999 points: $34 off (then $24)
1000+ points: $36 off (then $25)
These rates are generally an equal or better than more recent discounts on Riviera points. Through November 3, current members were offered savings of $11 each on 150 Riviera points and $17 off 200 points. Those same purchase levels now offer discounts of $11 and $21 respectively. However,after December 15, 2021 they are scheduled to drop to just $6 off 150 points and $13 off 200 points.
Discounts are also available for Aulani , Disney Vacation Club Villaswith incentives having improved in this new round:

Base rate is currently at $201 per point for both Disney's Riviera Resort and Aulani.
This is perhaps some of the most attractive pricing ever offered for Aulani, with a purchase of just 300 points discounted by $58 each for new buyers and a staggering $70 each for current DVC owners.
Meanwhile, Disney Vacation Club must have a backlog of points at Disney's BoardWalk Villas as they're now offering savings of up to $41 each off the retail price of $210.

Aside from an additional $1 savings at the lowest level, these incentives remain unchanged from earlier in the fall.
Base prices are currently $186 for Animal Kingdom, $245 for Bay Lake Tower, $210 for BoardWalk, $250 for Polynesian and $225 for Copper Creek.
The highest level of incentives run from now until December 15, 2021. After that, the bonus developer incentive expires and the lower discounts will apply through March 2, 2022, however DVC reserves the right to change at any time. Additional details can be found in this post at DVCinfo.com.
