In 2022 Disney Vacation Club will introduce 200 Resort Studios rooms to the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and now we have our first look at the nightly point costs for these new rooms.
DVC's new Resort Studios located in the Big Pine Key building will feature 3 different view categories. Standard and Lake View rooms are priced identically to the resort's Deluxe Studio rooms located in the original DVC building. However this location will also introduce a Theme Park View, priced about 20-25% higher than the Lake View on all nights.
Below are the recently-released 2023 points chart for the Grand Floridian as well as revised charts for 2022, both of which now include the Resort Studios.

Resort Studio rooms will sleep 5 guests with two queen beds and a daybed. They are hotel rooms being coverted to DVC in the Big Pine Key building, which is centrally located near the resort's main lobby, overlooking the Courtyard Pool.
The 200 new Studio rooms are expected to open in summer 2022. Disney Vacation Club will reopen sales when these rooms are made available. No on-sale estimate or pricing has been revealed.
