The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is the most recent resort to undergo a "hard goods" refurbisment, updating most of the look and feel of the villa interiors.
Following a trend mirrored at resorts like Disney's Old Key West Resort and Disney's BoardWalk Villas, the renovations have brought furnishings more in line with mainstream hospitality industry while (arguably) drifting away from the unique theming of the property. The dark green and red color palette at the Wilderness Lodge has given way to whites, beiges and lighter greens.
