As we gear up for the scheduled spring opening of phase 1 of the newest Disney Vacation Club Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, we couldn’t help but share with you a couple “sneak peek” images of what some of the rooms will look like....
Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is the third Disney Vacation Club resort offering buyers the option of purchasing Guaranteed Week deeds or the more traditional flexible points deeds. The Guaranteed Week option--often referred to as the Fixed Week option--was first introduced at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and subsequently the Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort.
How popular will the Guaranteed Week option be at the Polynesian? Its too early to say. But we can look at sales of Guaranteed Week deeds for the Grand Floridian to get an idea of what may happen with sales at the Polynesian.
