Early buyers at Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will receive a bonus gift to commemorate their Disney Vacation Club add-on. 

On March 3, 2022 Disney Vacation Club will reopen sales for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at prices which begin at $207 per point and dip to $186 each for a purchase of 200 points and just $174 each for 1000 or more. 

Disney Vacation Club resale pricing dipped slightly in the first month of 2022, while the resorts expiring in 2042 remained prime targets for buyback.
