We are less than two weeks from the December 17 opening of Island Tower, and a partial menu for the new Wailulu Bar & Grill has been posted to the Disney mobile app:

This specifc list is categorized as a To-Go menu. However, the dine-in menu is expected to be virtually identical, following the trend at similar multi-use restaurants like Geyser Point Bar & Grill at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Carryout orders will be supported via the mobile order feature of the My Disney Experience app. Breakfast is also expected to be served, though that menu has not yet been released.
It has not been confirmed whether the resort will offer advance dining reservations, or be a walk-up venue similar to Geyser Point and Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.
