With just eleven days before the scheduled opening, enjoy one last (?) monorail fly-by video of Disney's Polyneisan Villas & Bungalows' Island Tower.
It has been 29 months since we posted our very first look at the Island Tower site back in July 2022. Now we're just days away from guests enjoying this brand new building for the first time.
Crews are working hard to put the finishing touches on the building. Clearly visible at this point are the elaborate tattoo-like artwork on the side of the building along with other touches like the colorful balcony railings and the cutout Terrace Gardens.

Island Tower is an addition to the Condominium Assocation for Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. All Polynesian points have the 11-month booking advantage for both Island Tower and the 380 longhouse rooms and bungalows. Points are currently available for purchase and rooms in Island Tower are available to book by all owners subject to the standard guidelines. The building is scheduled to open on December 17, 2024.
