Boat transportation between Disney's Old Key West Resort and Disney Springs is unavailable for about two months in early 2025.
Disney has issued an operational update indicating that boat service from Old Key West is not currently operating. Service is expected to resume sometime in early April, 2025. No specific reason for the downtime has been released.
The boats operate most evenings from the dock located behind Old Key West's Hospitality House. They travel between the resort and a dock located at Disney Springs' Marketplace.
Buses also run regularly between Old Key West and Disney Springs. During the closure, guests are advised to take advantage of the bus service.
