New Shopping, Dining Venues Announced for Disney's BoardWalk

BoardWalk Villas

Later in 2026, Disney's BoardWalk shopping district will welcome a new bath store and lounge.

Disneys BoardWalk Concept Hurly Burly

After weeks of permit filings and visible construction work, Disney has revealed two of the new tenants coming to the BoardWalk. Hurly-Burly brings live music back to the area, more than a year after the 2025 departure of Jellyrolls. The new venue is designed to appeal to the entire family with trivia and games during the afternoon hours. At night, it shifts to a 21-and over live music venue with unique cocktails and food bites.

The second BoardWalk addition is a new Basin retail bath shop. Basin brings its range of natural soaps, bath salts, bath bombs and more. Among the offerings will be a custom bath tea blending counter, make-your-own-soap station and a soap embossing press.

This will be the third Basin location at Walt Disney World, joining its flagship store in Disney Springs and an outlet at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

Locations have not been announced for either Hurly-Burly or Basin. However, speculation is that Hurly-Burly will go into the former Jellyrolls location on the far west side of the BoardWalk, with Basin moving into the former BoardWalk Art Gallery location near the Village Green.

Both locations are set to open before the end of the year.

Rumors persist that a quick service dining location will be added elsewhere on the BoardWalk but no plans have been immediately revealed. Additional vacant space is available at the former site of Big River Grill & Brewing Works
