As Disney's BoardWalk Villas inches closer to a full refurbishment later this year, we get a first look at renovations to hotel rooms in Disney's BoardWalk Inn.
The Disney Vacation Club villas are planned for an update in the fall of 2023. However, hotel rooms on the Inn side will soon reopen and Disney has provided a look at the new decor.
The rooms feature a predominately yellow color scheme with white accents and hints of light green and teal in the upholstry. The hotel rooms pictured feature two queen beds and a convertible sofa bed, similar to the DVC Resort Studios at Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
The DVC rooms are expected to receive pull-down Murphy Beds as DVC previously committed to bringing these to most of the timeshare rooms.
Artwork on the walls features images of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, as well as a rendering of the BoardWalk exterior.
Again, these are not images taken directly from the DVC rooms but may help foreshadow what designers have planned for the villas. Other recent projects around the resort include renovations to the main lobby and addition of Carousel Coffee.
