Beginning on Thursday, July 27, all Disney Vacation Club members can begin making reservations online for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel subject to the appropriate booking window.
On July 27, members can begin using DVCMember.com to secure reservations at the newest DVC resort. Reservations will be subject to the 11 month window for resort owners, allowing points purchased at Disneyland Hotel to be used for any arrival between the resort's opening on September 28, 2023 through June 27, 2024.
Points for other Home resorts can be booked up to 7 months before arrival. As of July 27, non owners can book arrival dates ranging from September 28, 2023 through February 27, 2024.
Note that only Disney Vacation Club points purchased direct from DVC, or resale points purchased before January 19, 2019, can be used toward stays at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. Newer resale points cannot be used for stays at Disneyland Hotel or Disney's Riviera Resort.
All stays at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel are subject to Anaheim's Transient Occupancy Tax. The tax is a fee calculated based upon the number of points required for the stay. It will be payable upon arrival at the hotel.
Although the resort consists of 326 DVC villas, only a portion of them have been declared into the condominium assocation and made available for member stays. As such, room availability is expected to be limited, particularly for One, Two and Three Bedroom Villas which are already in short supply at the resort.
