The buildings of Disney's Vero Beach Resort will be subject to exterior refurbishment work for nearly 4 months early next year.
Disney has announced plans to refurbish building exteriors at its Vero Beach resort in early 2026. The project is slated to begin February 9 and run through May 2026. During this project, guests may see and hear some some disruptions during daytime hours.
Work is planned for the exterior of resort buildings. This may include repairs and repainting of individual buildings, along with possible roof replacement work. Construction walls, scaffolding and other obstructions may be present during the project.
The interiors of guest rooms at Vero Beach were refurbished back in 2024. See our prior coverage for details on that project.
Disney's Vero Beach Resort was just the second Disney Vacation Club destination, debuting back in October 1995.
