Earlier this year Disney Vacation Club announced that the consolidated 2011 Condominium Association Meeting would be held on December 8 with additional details forthcoming. Those details have since been finalized.
The Condo Association Meeting will be held in the convention center at Disney's Contemporary Resort at 2pm eastern on Thursday, December 8, 2011. All Disney Vacation Club members are welcome to attend. The event is free.
Attendees are typically asked to RSVP in advance via DVCMember.com however replies are not yet being accepted.
The meeting will include a review of resort budgets for 2012, passage of any new program resolutions and a look forward at any planned resort & program changes for the coming year. Among topics expected to be addressed at the 2011 meeting are on-line reservations and a scheduled villa refurbishment at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.
The entire meeting is expected to last upward of three hours.
