Late last week DVC began emailing a response to members indicating how the Studio glassware policy was being amended.  A similar statement has also been added to DVCMember.com. 

Several days ago we reported on Disney's decision to replace the drinking glasses and mugs in Disney Vacation Club studio rooms with disposable cups.  Now there is reason to believe that DVC is having a change of heart.

Posts on various DVC message boards from those currently vacationing at Walt Disney World indicate that the glasses and mugs have been quietly returned to guest rooms. Additionally, DVC has begun to issue statements detailing how the policy is being temporarily amended.

Disney Vacation Club has established the points requirements for trades into the Disney Cruise Line throughout 2009. 

For the last several days rumors have been spreading around websites like the DISBoards, Passporter and even DVCNews that all glasses and ceramic mugs are being removed from Disney Vacation Club Studio villas.  Now the removal has been confirmed.
