DVC's quarterly member magazine Vacation Magic has received a name change--it's now known as Disney Files Magazine.

DVC is giving members an opportunity to attend the taping of a portion of the ABC Walt Disney World® Christmas Day Parade on November 30th.

On November 23, 2007, a new Disney trading pin available to Disney Vacation Club members only will debut.  Entitled "Disney Vacation Club - Epcot® Holidays Around The World 2007", the pin has an edition size of just 750 and is available only at Epcot's Pin Central.  Details inside.

According to a message on DVCMember.com, there are still openings for the 2008 S.S. Member Cruise.  Those with some interest in booking may want to peruse the member website along with information at www.dvcmembercruise.com.  The cruise website currently contains information on the 2007 cruise, which should help give members' an idea of what to expect in '08. 

Member Services will open at 9am Eastern Time on Saturday, November 17 to begin taking reservations for the 2008 SS Member Cruise.  Those planning to book MUST be prepared to call right an 9am, and get comfortable for a long wait.  Even with a full slate of MS representatives working the phones, it will take several hours to book all interested members.
