Disney Vacation Club has made recent adjustments to incentive pricing on ownership at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas.  The current price is reported to be $104 per point less a promotional discount of $6.25 per point. 

Disney Vacation Club is now selling points at the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort to individuals who are not already DVC members.

This past weekend saw the end of the $500 gift card promotion for Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas and the debut of the Bay Lake Tower at a price $8 per point higher than AKV.  Naturally that begs the question of what the future holds for Animal Kingdom Villas pricing. 

Apparently there will be no changes.

Reminder that two Disney Vacation Club purchase incentives will be ending in just a few short days.

The first is available exclusively to Chase Disney Visa cardholders.  Those who purchase new or add-on contracts using the Disney Visa are eligible to receive a gift card of $500 or more.  This promotion is scheduled to end on September 15, 2008.

A second promotion is currently available to new buyers who offer the name of an existing DVC member as a referral at the time of purchase.  These buyers will also receive a $500 gift card.  A similar incentive is available to existing members who add-on points.  This promotion is slated to end on September 20, 2008.
