Disney Vacation Club Points Charts Released for 2026

DVC Policies & Procedures

Disney Vacation Club points charts have been released for 2026, and it appears stays at Disney's BoardWalk Villas will cost a few more or less points than prior years. The new charts also made some subtle name changes to room categories at locations like Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Riviera Resort

Disney Vacation Club has published the new points charts for all 17 of its native properties. For the fourth straight year, there are virtually no changes to the seasons and point values for each accommodation.

Back in 2021, DVC increased the calendar from 5 seasons to 7 seasons for most resorts. For the next several years, fall dates in October and November steadily increased in price while dates in September, May and early-June and late-August saw their nightly point costs reduced.

For 2026, the point charts most resorts are unchanged aside from minor calendar adjustments. Seasons have been adjusted for holidays like Easter and Thanksgiving, while other dates shift by a day or two in response to calendar variations.

In a purely cosmetic move, several of the room categories were renamed for 2026. The Standard View at most resorts was renamed Resort View. This list includes Riviera, Bay Lake Tower, BoardWalk, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, and The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Also many of the higher-tier views were renamed Preferred View, including the former Lake View rooms at Bay Lake Tower and Grand Floridian

The most significant modification noted took place at Disney's BoardWalk Villas. Most of the changes impacted the economical Resort View (Standard View) studios, with the three cheapest seasons increasing in cost by one point per night Sunday through Thursday. To offeset these increases, the fourth tier cost was reduced by one point from 12 to 11 points per night on weekdays. Other slight reductions were made on a couple of weekend nights to help balance the changes. No adjustments were made to the costs of One, Two or Three Bedroom Villas at the BoardWalk

As the timeshare manager, Disney Vacation Club reserves the right to modify the charts to better reflect member reservation patterns. There are limits to how much the cost of a single night can change from year to year, making any significant changes a gradual 2-3 year process. Relatively modest adjustments made over the past 4 years suggests that DVC is seeing a reasonable balance of demand across the seasons.
