Disney Vacation Club has announced a 4-day exclusive Member Cruise aboard the Disney Dream. The unique Disney Cruise Line itinerary will include two full days at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay.
Reservations will be accepted beginning Sunday, November 3, 2013 for the cruise which runs from August 24 - 28, 2014.

Our community's shared passion for all things Disney extends to the voyage's itinerary, which features two scheduled stops at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, bookending an activity-filled day at sea.
From the vibrant shores of Family Beach to the tranquil stretches of Serenity Bay, paradise joins the Disney Vacation Club neighborhood.
Booking the Cruise
Bookings will begin on Sunday, November 3rd at 9am ET. Please call Member Services at (800) 800-9800† or (407) 566-3800† at that time to book.

Member Services will be open to service all calls, but due to the popularity of this event, wait times may be longer than normal.
Things to Know Before You Call
To make your booking phone call go smoothly, please have information on hand about yourself and each person sailing with your party. You may book as early as 9:00 AM Eastern Time on Sunday, November 3, 2013.
Please have the following information ready when you call:
- Member ID Number
- First, second and third stateroom category choices—categories sell out quickly for this event
- Special dietary needs
- Special medical needs
- Castaway Club Number (provided to repeat cruisers by Disney Cruise Line)
For each person sailing on the Member Cruise, please have the following information ready:
- Legal name and middle initial, spelled as it appears in print on birth certificate or passport
- Physical home address (no P.O. boxes)
- Home telephone number
- Date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Citizenship/Nationality
To assist in your planning, you may wish to visit DisneyCruiseLine.com to view the ship layouts and general locations associated with the categories offered.
As soon as you have confirmed your cruise, you will be able to see your Disney Vacation Club reservation number along with point usage on dvcmember.com. Within four weeks of booking, you will receive a printed confirmation that will include your Disney Cruise Line confirmation number. Once you have this, you will be able to view and manage your cruise on disneycruise.com, which will include your specific stateroom assignment. Please note the following important booking information about the Member Cruise:
- Due to the unique nature of these special events, Members are permitted to pay in cash for all passengers.
- Disney Vacation Club will waive the initial transaction fee associated with booking your Disney Cruise Line reservation for this Member Cruise voyage.
- A non-refundable $95 transaction fee will apply to all modifications associated with a Member Cruise reservation.
- Disney Vacation Club will accept the following methods of payment for Members not using vacation points to book the cruise: JCB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. If paying by credit card, please have the credit card number, expiration date and the name that appears on the card available. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Member Services will only accept reservations by phone. Booking requests will not be accepted by fax, email or live chat.
- For the safety of our Guests, women who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy as of their embarkation date will not be permitted to sail due to safety concerns. Neither a physician's medical statement nor a waiver of liability will be able to override the policy. Disney Cruise Line and Disney Vacation Club cannot be held responsible or liable for any complications relating to pregnancy at any stage.
- Disney Cruise Line policy prohibits infants less than 12 weeks of age as of embarkation date to travel.
- As of March 21, 2011, Members who purchase their Ownership Interest through Disney Vacation Development, Inc. are eligible to book reservations for all Member Getaways collections. Members who purchase on the resale market after this date will not be able to use those vacation points or cash to make reservations for the Member Cruise.
