DVC has opened a new sales kiosk in Fantasyland.  It is situated behind Dumbo the Flying Elephant and themed similarly to that attraction.  Photos of the new kiosk have been posted to website LaughingPlace.com.

In an article entitled "No such thing as recession In Disneyland? ", Fortune Magazine (via CNN/Money.com) looks at steps taken to protect The Walt Disney Company from recent economic woes that have plagued other organizations.  Disney Vacation Club is again cited as one factor that will keep dollars flowing into the theme parks even if other segments of the tourism industry begin to suffer.

Martha "Marty" Roper, a Cast Member working in the Disney Vacation Club sales department, passed away last Friday at age 64.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to her friends, family and Disney coworkers.
