Disney Vacation Club periodically surveys its members for feedback on policy and service modifications.  One question in a recent survey suggests DVC may be considering new features for its Member Services call center.  

On Thursday The Walt Disney Company announced its financial results for the 4th quarter and full fiscal year ending September 30, 2013.  The news was good for Disney Vacation Club and the company as a whole.  

Despite internal confusion, Disney Vacation Club reiterates that all refrigerators in its villa units are functioning normally and available for guest use.  

Disney Vacation Club has randomly selected members to participate in a 10-15 minute survey.  Topics addressed range from referrals to member communications to smarphone apps.

Former Disney Vacation Club president Jim Lewis has landed a prestigous position with retail chain Wal-Mart.
