Walt Disney World has found another use for the MagicBands distributed to guests at its hotels and Disney Vacation Club timeshare villas:  security.

Late last week, Disney Vacation Club sent out the first issue of its new email mailer entitled Member Insider.  

Disney Cruise Line has unveiled its 2015 itineraries through the summer season, and the cost to book those voyages using Disney Vacation Club points has also been revealed.

Disney Vacation Club members now have thousands of additional destinations available to book using their timeshare points.  

In recent years, Disney Vacaton Club has surveyed members on topics ranging from new in-room amenities to future resort locations.  The latest survey gauges members' willingness to open their checkbooks.
