Disney Vacation Club again topped all timeshares in the Market Metrix customer satisfaction ratings for the third quarter of 2008. DVC netted a 90.6% approval through three quarters, a slight improvement over its 90.5% approval as of the end of the second quarter.
Market Metrix bases its ratings on 35,000 customer interviews each quarter. Disney Vacation Club has lead the Timeshare Accommodations category since 2006.
For the 2008 year-to-date, Disney Vacation Club's closest competitor in terms of customer satisfaction is Marriott Vacation Club with an 87.8% approval rating.
