Historically, the month of June is one of the slower periods for direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points. In 2026, June played to form as sales registered their lowest monthly total for the calendar year.
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas saw a sales boost in June 2026
Over the last five years, direct sales for the DVC timeshare resorts located at World Disney World have averaged 148,497 points a month. The month of April has averaged the most with 163,527 points and November, with 127,004 points, has averaged the least. The month of June ranks eighth with 141,267 points over the last five years.
In June 2026, Disney sold 145,536 DVC points for the 12 DVC timeshare resorts located at World Disney World. It was the fewest number of points sold since November 2025. Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows did its part in supporting sales in June: It beat its six-month running average by 3.0%. However, Disney’s Riviera Resort was below its six-month running average by 28.0% and recorded its worst month since June 2023.
Among the legacy resorts, Disney has shifted its marketing focus away from Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. After averaging almost 17,000 points in March through May 2026, Saratoga Springs sold only 3,250 points in June. Taking its place, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas sold 11,710 points in June, the most the resort has sold since May 2023 (25,860 points)
Small 25-point deeds had a rebound in sales. After selling only 14 deeds in May, 27 25-point deeds were sold in June.
The largest deed sold in June was a 975-point deed for the Polynesian. Five 500-point deeds were also sold during the month: Riviera had three such deeds and the Polynesian and The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort had one each.
Disney’s Riviera Resort — In June 2026, 40,070 points were sold for the Riviera, the fewest number of points sold for the resort since June 2023 (40,025 points) and the fourth fewest in monthly sales since sales debuted in April 2019, excluding the pandemic period in mid-2020.
Disney has now sold 5,889,383 Riviera points, about 87.4% of the resort’s 6,739,966 total points.
Disney also reacquired 40 Riviera deeds containing 10,612 points, the most number of points it has reacquired in a single month in the seven years the resort has been in active sales. Included in the 40 deeds were a 1,300-point deed and a 1,000-point deed. The smallest reacquired deed was for 50 points.
Disney had about 715,000 points left that it could sell to the general public. This number takes into account that Disney, as the developer, is required to retain at least 2.0% of the Riviera’s total points for itself. It does not take into account the thousands of points that have been committed to deed transactions that have not yet closed and have not been recorded with the Orange County (FL) Comptroller.
No Fixed Week deeds were sold in June for the Riviera. So far, the resort has sold 153 Fixed Week deeds.
On May 29, 2026, documentation was filed by Disney declaring 20 Riviera vacation homes for the DVC inventory. With this declaration, all 341 vacation homes at the Riviera are now part of the DVC inventory.
The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort — In June 2026, 7,941 points were sold for The Cabins. It was more than double what was sold for The Cabins in June 2025 (3,950 points) but well below the 11,042 points the resort averaged over the prior six months.
In June, for the first time Disney reacquired a Cabins deed. The 150-point deed was foreclosed and taken back by Disney for $100.00. The documentation revealed that, like all other DVC resorts, points for The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness are assigned to residential units. Furthermore, since there are a specific number of points in each residential unit each cabin deed has an undivided real estate interest percentage, just like deeds for other DVC resorts.
The 150-point deed reacquired by Disney has a 0.6396% real estate interest of unit 01G, which mean there about 23,452 points in that unit. Since there are three cabins in unit 01G, each cabin is accounting for 7,817 points. When completely declared for the DVC inventory, there will be 363 cabins, which means the total points in the resort is 2,837,571.
Disney has sold 235,235 points for The Cabins, which is about 8.3% of the resort’s estimated 2,837,571 total points. Since sales began, The Cabins have averaged 8,117 points a month.
No Fixed Week deeds were sold for The Cabins in June, keeping the total number of deeds at 29 for the resort. At The Cabins, the most popular weeks are #43 and #44, which are around Halloween. Fourteen Fixed Week deeds have been sold for these two weeks.
Disney has declared 63 cabins for the timeshare inventory. DVC members will be able to book using points up to 63 cabins on any given Use Day. There are still another 300 cabins that have not yet been declared. Disney will be able to use these 300 cabins for cash rentals or any other purpose it desires.
Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows — In June 2026, 75,015 points were sold for the Polynesian. Disney has sold 1,605,371 points (44.5%) of the 3,608,934 points allotted to the residential units at the Polynesian’s Island Tower. At its current rate of sales the resort is on pace to be sold out in about 26 months.
In June, no Fixed Week deeds were sold for accommodations at Island Tower. Disney has sold 43 Fixed Week deeds for Island Tower.
On March 31, 2026, Disney declared 16 more vacation homes for the timeshare inventory at Island Tower. This latest declaration increases the number of vacation homes that DVC members can book using points from 107 to 123. There are still 99 vacation homes a Island Tower that have not yet been declared and are still under the control of Disney. The declared inventory accounts for 1,980,132 points, which is 54.9% of the Island Tower’s 3,608,934 estimated total points.
The Orange County, California, Clerk Recorder is the source for public information about sales for the Disney Vacation Club resorts located at the Disneyland Resort. Beginning in January 2025, its public website no longer displays the deed document tax amount for deeds recorded with the county. Since the tax amount was the only way to infer the number of DVC points for each deed, it is no longer possible to estimate the number of points sold for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel or The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel timeshare. Therefore, sales data for these resorts will no longer be included in the monthly sales report.
The sales data includes all 12 DVC resorts at Walt Disney World, as well as Disney's Vero Beach Resort, and Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort. Point sales data is not available for the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel or The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. The data is compiled from deeds filed by Disney Vacation Development and recorded with the Orange County (FL) Comptroller, the Indian River County (FL) Clerk of Court, and the Beaufort County (SC) Register of Deeds.
