Spring 2026 Disney Vacation Club Promos Include Free Park Tickets with Disneyland Hotel Purchase

New Disney Vacation Club promotional incentives offer per-point discounts as high as $28 off a first time purchase of 150 points. While a new offer for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel includes four 2-Day Park Hopper tickets with purchase or add-on.

The process of buying into Disney Vacation Club involves purchasing a set number of Vacation Points which can then be redeemed each year for stays at 17 Disney resorts and other destinations around the world. The base price for five resorts currently being marketed by DVC ranges from $243 to $248 each. However, promotional discounts are typically offered which reduce the cost of each point. Incentives rise as the size of the purchase increases. 

The chart below details current per-point promotional discounts for individuals buying into DVC first the first time.

Amounts listed above are the per-point discount deducted from the base price of each Vacation Point purchased. The lowest-priced destination for new buyers is The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort with discounts of $28 per point off a minimum purchase of 150 points or $34 off of each point for 200 or more. 200 points purchased at Disney's Riviera Resort or Disneyland Hotel are discounted by just $14 each. 

Purchases of 150 points or more at Disneyland Hotel are eligible for an added incentive with buyers receiving four 2-day Disneyland Park Hopper tickets valued at $1,740 or an additional developer discount of equal value. The tickets will be received within 30 days of purchase and must be used by January 12, 2028. There are no blockout dates. Buyers who finance the purchase and choose the ticket offer will be subject to a higher down payment. 

All DVC resort ownership has a fixed ending date, after which points will no longer be available for the buyer's use. Dates are listed in the chart above, and apply to all owners regardless of when purchased. Ending dates should be taken into account when evaluating different ownership options. 

Current Disney Vacation Club owners typically receive better incentives across the board, with the promotional rates offered on contracts as low as 100 points.

A current Disney Vacation Club owners adding 200 points will find the best value at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas with net price of $203 per point ($243 base price less $40 per point). For theme park locations, 200 points at the Fort Wilderness Cabins is priced at $207 per point while the Polynesian will cost $225 per point with a discount of just $18 each. 

The Disneyland ticket offer or purchase credit is also available for add-ons of 150 or more points.

Current owners can also save on Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. This "sold-out" resort features a base price of $215 each with discounts up to $28 per point depending upon the size of the purchase.  

Additional discounts may be available at other purchase levels. Other incentive offers may be available to Chase Disney Visa cardholders, D23 fan club members, U.S. Military personnel, Disney cast members and more.

Magical Beginnings is a purchase program which offers buyers a credit currently equal to $22 per point when selling back their first year's points to Disney. The net price would be reduced by $20 per point, however the buyer would not have points to use toward a trip until their second year of ownership. This program is available on both first-time purchases and add-ons, however certain resorts may be excluded. Annual Dues are still the responsibility of the buyer. Points from a future Use Year may be eligible for borrowing in order to vacation sooner.
