Winter 2025 Disney Vacation Club Incentives offer Cheaper Polynesian Points at Lower Levels

We are just days away from the opening of Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. DVC did introduce some modest incentives at the 100 point level for current owners--previously buyers needed to add 150 or more points to net any savings. However, discounts are very modest across the board, reflecting a resort which DVC clearly believes will be in high demand once prospective owners can see it for themselves. 

Incentives for The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort continue to improve at most levels. Buyers of 100-124 points will pay a dollar or two more than during the fall 2024 incentives. But at higher levels, rates have decreased further after their attractive fall rates:

200 points purchased at a base price of $225 would cost $45,000 with no incentives applied. However, a first time buyer saves $5,400 via the per-point incentive (200 x $27) for a net rate of $39,600 or $198 per point. 

A current DVC owner adding 200 points would save $6,400 via the per-point incentive for an net price of $38,600 or $193 per point. 

Discounts for both Aulani and Disney's Riviera Resort kick into high gear with a 200-point add on for current owners and a 250 point initial purchase for new buyers, both of which are discounted $29 per point to $196 each. At lower levels, Riviera incentives are moderately worse than during the last cycle, while starting at 250/200 points, prices are a little better than in the fall.  

The Villas at Disneyland Hotel sports a higher base price at $239 each. Oddly, the incentives have gotten a little bit better at the lower point levels for both current and new buyers. While for larger purchases, rates are $6-8 dollars more than in the prior cycle.

200 vacation points goes for $217 each for a new member ad $213 for a current owner adding-on. 

Finally, the winter's sold-out resort special goes to Copper Creek Villas & Cabins, where current owners can save up to $25 per point off the current rate of $250 per point:
