Effective February 11, 2025, the base price for many Disney Vacation Club resorts will increase by $6-10 per point.
Earlier this week, Disney Vacation Club revealed its purchase incentives for the winter period through February 10, 2025. After February 10, not only will those incentives change but the base price for purchasing points direct from DVC is set to increase. The increases will hit all five resorts currently in active sales.
The rate for four resorts will rise from $225 to $235 per point for the following properties:
- Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas
- Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
- Disney's Riviera Resort
- The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort
And for the Disneyland destination, points for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will increase from the current $239 per point to $245 each.
Older "sold-out" resorts are priced individually and those rates are also subject to change at any time.
These increases apply to both new buyers and current owners adding-on. Additional fees and closing costs may apply. Interested buyers should reach out to a Disney Vacation Club sales representative for additional details and pricing confirmation.
